He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Blastic and Claudeen Blastic (Root); his grandparents, Claude, Kathleen Root, Art and Hazel Blastic; and his aunts and uncles, Bill Blastic, Tom Blastic, Janet Cook and Laurie Bialik.
He is survived by: his siblings, Andrew Blastic (Kimberly), Kory Blastic (Holly Ann) and Holly Joy Blastic (Anne Nicklin); and his nieces and nephews, Kelty, Anna, Cole, Robby, Lily, Abby, William, George, Katie, Sam, Teddy and Henry.
