He was predeceased by: his parents, Thelma Horne (Stephenson) and Francis G. Horne; and his brother Francis Horne. He is survived by: his children, Edward W. Allen (Julia), Angeline Levendoski, Linda Wright (Andy) and William L. Horne; his grandchildren, Tyler, Evelyn, Kayla, Owen, Shelby, Kaitlynn, Isabella and Payton; and his siblings, Roy Horne and Joyce Cranmer. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.
