She was predeceased by: her parents, Merlynn "Edward" Sundell and Nancy Sundell (Cooley); her grandparents, Howard, Lucielle Cooley, Leo and Madalynn Sundell; her uncles, Leroy Sundell and Don (Jeannie Culver); her cousins, Juanita Richardson and Donna Lutke; her parents-in-law, Albert "Sonny" and Florence Lewis (Smalley); and her brother-in-law Kevin Lewis.
She is survived by: her husband Albert "Sonny" Lewis of Lake City; her children, Timothy Lewis (Kathleen) of Lake City and Danielle Lewis of Lake City; her sisters, Denise Londak of Lake City and Daphne Sundell of Lake City; and her grandchildren, Mackenzie of Timothy, Isabella and Madelyn. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, brothers-in-law, and sisters-in-law.
In keeping with Debra's love for animals, memorial contributions may be made to the Missaukee Humane Society.
