It is with sadness that the passing of Douglas Seelye of Lake City, Michigan is shared. Douglas, born on June 1, 1938, passed away on August 5, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Joyce; his parents, Orville Seelye and Reo Seelye (DuVall); and his siblings, Violet Evans (Gene), Patsy Fry (Richard), Dorothy Nystrom (Ed), Juanita Moore (Norm) and Calvin Seelye.
He is survived by: his sons, Douglas "Skip" Seelye (Lenore), Todd Seelye (Marielle) and Scott Seelye (Jacki); his grandchildren, Laryn, Levi, Meghan, Morgan and Blake; and his sisters-in-law, Tykie Gilde, Beverly Seelye and Cora Goresch (Paul). He is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
