He was predeceased by: his father Jay Wagner; and his sister-in-law Debbie Sutton. He is survived by: his mother Bethel Wagner of Lake City; his wife Brenda Horton; his children, Shelia Wagner (Trevor Brogdon) of Lake City and Albion Wagner (Ashley) of Manton; his granddaughters, Halie, Hannah, Breena, Harper, Novahlynn, Ariah, Mckenna and Gwenevere; his siblings, Dale Wagner (Shirley), Doyle Wagner (Deb), Deb Dewitt (Kris) and Beth Grove (Rob); and his siblings-in-law, Lori Kimm (Thomas) and Duane Horton Jr. (Heidi). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
