He is survived by: his wife Carol Ann Chaffee (Pitz) of Lake City; his children, Tammy Chaffee, Jack Chaffee (Jennifer) and Molly Chaffee; his grandchildren, Dylan Morrow, Cearra Morrow, Blake Morrow, Brianna Chaffee and Ben Chaffee; and his sister Joan Chaffee. He is also survived by loving extended family and many friends.
