She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, John Cook and Jane Cook (Mutch); her husband Ryan Teachworth; her children, Paul Teachworth (Marci), Michaela Mattice (Jameson) and Jesse Teachworth (Chelsie); and her brothers, John Cook (Kathleen) and Jeff Cook. She was also cherished by 9 grandchildren.
