He is survived by: his children, Dennis D. Smith (Kathy), Gary A. Smith, Jeanne L. Shook (Mark) and Joanne L. King (Ricky); and his daughter-in-law Lynda M. Smith. He is also survived by many grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
