He is survived by: his wife Terri L Faulkner-Eldridge; his children, Brian Slade (Kristina), Timm Slade (Mimi), Linda Shaw, Eric Eldridge (Nikki) and James Eldridge; and his siblings, MarySue Anke, Yvonne VanWormer and Winston. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren.
