He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Wendy; his children, Loralei, Teagan, Donovan and Conall; his parents, Susan Monahan and Francis Monahan; and his siblings, Frank, Arlene and Cheryl (Dana).

Visitation will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Modetz Funeral Home Silverbell Chapel (100 E Silverbell Rd, Orion Twp, MI 48360). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
