She is survived by: her parents, Eric Carlson and Nancy Carlson (Ciezak); her sister Jennifer Preston (Carlson); and her brother-in-law James Preston. She is also survived by relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
