She was predeceased by: her husband Ralph A. Hazen. She is survived by: her children, Nancy Moore (Michael), Mary Taylor (Bob), Ralph Hazen (Sharon), Sharon Harvey (Kelvin), Sandra Frisch (Jim) and Brian Hazen (Bonni). She is also survived by her 16 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great-grandchild as well as many dear friends.
