With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Eric R. Richardson in Lake Orion, Michigan, who passed away on March 4, 2026 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Rex Richardson and Anna Richardson; his siblings, Letty Martin and Enoch Richardson (Nick); and his nephews, Douglas Martin (Holly), Scott Martin (Chelle), Brian Richardson (Jillian) and Courtney Vollmer (Jens).
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made in Eric's honor to the Michigan Military Technical and Historical Society in Eastpointe, MI (mimths.org/donation), an organization that mirrors his passion for military history and preservation.
