He is survived by: his wife Georgetta Kettler; his children, Carol Barnett (Ken) and Kurt Kettler (Jill); his granddaughter Audrey Kettler; his brother Dain Scarff (Donna); his nieces, Tara, Heidi and Daina; and his nephew Brett.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers, anyone wishing to do so should donate in his honor to Tunnel to Towers or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
