He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Anthony and Patricia Ann Diviney, Sr. (O'Mara); and his brother Dennis Diviney. He is survived by: his siblings, Mike Diviney, Jr. (Linda), Patrick Diviney (Tisa), Colleen Peterson and Kevin Diviney (Linda). He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
