She was predeceased by: her parents, Robinson L. Bronoel and Doris A. Bronoel; her brother Ken; her parents-in-law, Ruth and Richard; and her brother-in-law Richard.
She is survived by: her husband Rob; her sons, Robert Schadel Jr. (Allayna) and Scott Schadel (Samantha); her sisters-in-law, Karen Hill Schadel and Karen Hartman Bronoel; and her grandchildren, Chris, Lexi (Josh), Katie, Ben, Abby and Lily.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 16th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Sparks Griffin Funeral Home (111 E Flint St, Lake Orion, MI 48362). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 16th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Karen to the music program at Lake Orion United Methodist Church (LOUMC) 140 E Flint Street, Lake Orion, MI 48362 will be greatly appreciated.
