It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Kay Ann Seelye in Lake Orion, Michigan, born in Detroit, Michigan, who passed away on July 28, 2025, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She is survived by: her brothers, Gary Simancek, Bob Simancek (Diane) and Jay Simancek (Marianne); and her siblings' children, Mark Simancek (Dawn), Tim Simancek (Stacy), Dave Simancek (Valerie), Rachel Everett (Michael), Jeffery Simancek (Clysta), Julie Jeffries (Mike) and Lindsay Simancek-Cummins (Shawn). She is also survived by many grand-nieces and nephews, cousins, and cherished friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 23rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the O'Brien Sullivan Funeral Home (41555 Grand River Ave, Novi, MI 48375). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 23rd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
Her family requests that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association (https://www.alz.org) in honor of Kay's memory and in support of continued research and care.
