He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard and Sophie; and his sisters, Jean and Pat. He is survived by: his wife Colleen Moore; his children, Dave White (Lori), Kevin White (Karen) and Beth Worthington (John); his former wife Judith; and his grandchildren, Maggie, Aidan, Zane, Aubrey, Benjamin and Andrew.
