She was predeceased by: her parents, Elliott Grondin and Ruby Hopkins Grondin; her former husband Jimmy Vaughn; her children, Todd and Sonda Vaughn; her sister Sandy Doud; her siblings-in-law, Kathrine "Kitty" Grondin, Mary Minor Pizzala, Jack Minor, John "Jack" Thousand, Jim LaVallee and Gus Neverman; and her sibling's children, Curtis Grondin and La Taunya Paquin.
She is survived by: her husband John; her brothers, Tony Grondin and Pat Grondin (Kathy); her siblings-in-law, Daryl Pizzala, Mike Doud, Anne Thousand, Jane Neverman and Shirley LaVallee; her daughters, Julie LaVallee (Chad Potvin) and Amy Goodson (Rob); her grandchildren, Erica Paquette, Jonathon Goodson (Brianna), Michael Goodson (Madison Parsley), Tessa Pavia and Emily Pavia; her great grandchild Riley Goodson; her close friends, Betty Sorrels and Cindy Elliott; and her caregivers, Stephanie, Wendy, Joe and Diane Elmhirst. She is also survived by many nephews, nieces and great-nephews and nieces.
