He is survived by: his daughters, Amanda Wyatt (William), Crystal Gates and Jennifer Gates; and his siblings, Gerolyn Freeze (Ray), Penny Yuncker (Terry) and Robert Gates (Sue). He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
