He was predeceased by: his father Gary Clark; and his stepfather Roger Blain. He is survived by: his spouse Laurie Bradshaw; his mother Virginia "Ginny" Blain; his siblings, Mike Clark, Larry Clark (Brenda) and Brenda Hoadley (Brian); his stepdaughter Debra Wemple (Nathan); and his close friends, Rick, Lampman, Dan Dodge and Roger "Bubba" VanWormer. He is also survived by three grandsons; many nieces and nephews.
