He was predeceased by: his parents, Pearl Franke and Kurt Franke; his wife Dorothy Wilson; his siblings, Kurt and Helen; and his daughter-in-law Jennifer.
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Brandon Marlow, Sean Marlow (Samy), Cody Marlow (Dominique), Ryan, Joel Wilson, Travis Foote (Jacky), Justin Foote (Ryan), Zachary Foote, Whitnee Mundt (Jonny), Quentin Franke (Amanda) and Linnea Hendrickson (Joshua); and also, Suzanne Foote (John), Joann Rosengarten (Greg), Hal Franke and Eric Wilson (Alicia).
Visitation was held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Dryer Funeral Home (101 S 1st St, Holly, MI 48442). A funeral service was held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Great Lakes National Cemetery (4200 Belford Rd, Holly, MI 48442). The military honors was held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the same location.
