He was predeceased by: his sister-in-law Melody Martens. He is survived by: his wife Carolle White of Lakeview; his siblings, Keith White (Shannon Gage) and Kathy Allen of Elkhart, Indiana; and his siblings-in-law, Rodney, Cindy Martens of Hickory Corners, Stephen, Tamrah and Bob Lacy of Brooklyn, Michigan. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
