He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn Shepard and Zora Shepard (Culver); his siblings, Aldred Shepard (Beatrice) and Margery Schnick (James); his sister-in-law Elaine Main (Lurell); and his niece Jennifer Harms-Fiedler.
He is survived by: his wife Louise Shepard of Lakeview; his daughters, Kathy Shepard of Greenville and Laurie Gansen (Bob) of Hamilton; his grandsons, David Gansen of Lakeview and Daniel Gansen (Kassandra) of Newaygo; his great grandchild Everly Ann; his sister Dorothy DeRaad of Lakeview; and his sister-in-law Diane Hares. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, June 7th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Brigham Funeral Chapel (9977 W Howard City-Edmore, Lakeview, MI 48850). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
