Dorothy Louise Snyder Obituary

We are sad to announce that on March 4, 2023, at the age of 84, Dorothy Louise Snyder of Lakeview, Michigan, born in Morley, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Cecil Onius and Frances Louise Sytsma (Rhineberger); her foster parents, Bert Hams and Mae Hams; her grandparents, Elza and Lucy Rhineberger; her siblings, Charles Bigler and Lucy Karp; her son Dean Snyder; and her son-in-law Samuel Haglund II.

She is survived by : her daughter Greta; her husband J. C. Snyder; her daughter Susan Kay Snyder Haglund; her daughters-in-law, Tammy Sue Bazan (Bill), Amanda Jo Allen and Greta Lee Smith (Richard); her grandchildren, Samuel Haglund III (Athena), Sunni M. Haglund (Erik Trygstad), Ashley S. Freeney (Josh), Stephen A. Haglund (Sadie), Derek W. Snyder (Carrie), Abigail J. Helmer (Eric McLaughlin), Dakota R. Snyder, Mathew Smith (Shelby Hendrickson), Christopher Smith (Makayla South), Phoebe M. Leben (Sean), Thomas E. Allen and James R. Baker (Julie); her great grandchildren, Athena Adams, Jayden Haglund, Zane Adams, Shayla Baker, Aiden Trygstad, Dean Snyder, Logan Trygstad, James Helmer, Dillon Snyder, Finian Freeney, Henry Haglund, Ezekial Haglund, Linus Freeney, Zappa Haglund, Olivia Smith, Elliot Hendrickson, Clarke McLaughlin, Tate Leben, Riley Haglund, Hunter Baker, River Smith and Letho Smith; and her sisters, Glenna Kelly, Victoria Wilson and Dawn Larsen. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
