She was predeceased by: her father Jon William Barkach (MaryAnn); her sister-in-law Laura Panka; and her pet Lucky. She is survived by: her husband Tom Blazek; her son Stephen Dawson (Sarah); her grandson Trevor Dawson; her mother MaryAnn Barkach; her brothers, Jon Barkach (Cynthia), Matthew Barkach (Natalie) and Jimmy Barkach (Chrissy); and her siblings-in-law, Dave Blazek, Larry Blazek (Judy), Jim Blazek (Laura), Mary Novak (Chris) and Joanne Haberkamp (Tom). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Heeney-Sundquist Funeral Home (23720 Farmington Rd, Farmington, MI 48336). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
