He is survived by: his parents, Mike Miller Jr. (Brooke) and Tami Miller (Ogle); his wife Abigail Miller; his children, Mason Thomas and Scarlett Olivia; his in-law Howard Jeffrey (Rosie); his grandfather Mike Miller Sr. (Vicki); his brother Michael Miller (Melanie); his stepsiblings, Jessica Wagenhauser, Jared Wagenhauser, Garrett Kaatz (Rachel), Connor Kaatz (Danse), Taylor Kratch (Colby) and Kyle Rowe (Hadley); his nieces and nephews, Maxwell Thomas, Mitchell Michael and Mallory Jean; his aunts and uncles, Tina Stansley (Rick), Amy Fry (Rod), Todd Ogle (Kelli) and David Higley; and his cousins, Connor, Lucas, Abby and Ashlin.
