She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley Powell and Emma Powell (Baughey); her husband John "Jack" Gorka; and her siblings, Shirley Perkins, Barbara Barlow, Patricia Powell, Judy Lyons, Joyce Micheals, Robert "Bud" Powell, John Powell and Stanley Powell Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Regina Johnson (Bill) and Matthew Gorka; her grandchildren, Alexis and Isabella Gorka; her great grandchild Ivy Kosuth; and her siblings, Joan Baker (Herb) and Frederick Powell. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
Memorial donations may be given to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
