He was predeceased by: his parents, Lemuel "Shonny" G. Cousino and Joann Cousino Jr. (Ravary); and his brother-in-law Steven H. Shull. He is survived by: his wife Loucinda "Cindy" M. Cousino; his children, Jerry Ramsey (Elise Donald) and Billie Jo Bialorucki (Andy); his siblings, Kent Cousino (Cynthia), Eric Cousino (Ann), Michele Vance (Mel Imo) and Brenda Shull; and his grandchildren, Blake Bialorucki, Bryce Bialorucki and Corrine Ramsey. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
