She was predeceased by: her father Kenneth E. Donbrosky; her sister Caroline J. Donbrosky; and her parents-in-law, Betty Helen Billings and Royal B. Billings Sr.. She is survived by: her husband Royal "Bud" Billings; her son Steven Billings (Hope); her stepdaughters, Sheila Reynolds and Paula Swan; her mother Mary Ann Donbrosky; and her sisters, Sandy Dibert (Wayne) and Christine Guess (Ken). She is also survived by many loving cousins, nieces, nephews, and lifelong friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 26th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 1:30 PM at the Newcomer Funeral Home (3655 King Rd, Toledo, OH 43617). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, August 26th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, August 26th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Ottawa Hills Memorial Park (4210 Central Ave, Toledo, OH 43606).
