We are sad to announce that on September 10, 2023, at the age of 73, Thomas C. Schweer of Lambertville, Michigan, born in Toledo, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Lester W. Schweer and Helen M. Schweer (Nachtrab); his wife Linda; his children, Brian Schweer (Tricia), Robert Schlender (Erika), Charlie Schlender, Laura McIlroy and Randy Schweer (Joleen); his grandchildren, Riley, Briahna, Ahron, Harleigh, Kennedy, Charlie, Katy and Cody; his son Tom Schlender; and his brother William Schweer.
