He is survived by: his wife Judy Clark of Tracy; his children, Michelle Bertram (Edward) of Grand Rapids, Minnesota, Rachelle Dethloff (Robert) of Grand Rapids, Minnesota and Bryan Branstrom of Elo; and his grandchildren, Jake, Adam and Karlie.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Parkinson's disease research.
