He was predeceased by : his father Edward Hickey (Ned); his stepfather Lawrence "Butch" Perreault; and also Charlotte Perreault. He is survived by : his wife Sherry of Aura; his siblings, Pat (Cathy) of Escanaba and Jackie (Bill) of Ann Arbor; his children, Brad of Redford, Mike of Redford and Anne (Eric) of Livonia; his stepchildren, Angel (Dustin) of Columbus, Christina Minneapolis (Chad) and Melissa of Lake Linden; and his grandchildren, Trent, Johnny, Elizabeth, Brooklyn, Ryder, Wyatte, Anja, Eli, Meridy and Abby.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 11th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Jacobson Funeral Home (200 L Anse Ave, L'Anse, MI 49946). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 11th 2024 at 12:00 PM and at 12:10 PM at the same location.
