He is survived by: his wife Margaret Roy (Anse) of L'Anse; his daughters, Amy Roy of Zion, IL and Jeanette Wirtz (Sean) of Belle Plaine, MN; his siblings, Thomas Roy (Cindy) of L'Anse and Susan Chellew (Michael) of Iron Mountain, MI; his sister-in-law Jane Roy of Skanee, MI; his grandchildren, Tyler Wirtz and Taryn Boyum (Nils); and his great grandchild Greta Jane Boyum. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
