She was predeceased by: her parents, Dr. Leo Latus and Rosaline Latus (Boland); her siblings, Mary Ellen Learner (Edward), Leo J. "Bud" Latus, Frances DelPizzo (Anthony), Dr. Thomas Latus, Peter Latus and Robert Latus; and her siblings-in-law, Raymond Hill, Ernest Hill, James Lockhart, Darlene Hill, Marge Hill and Delores Fike (Louie).
She is survived by: her husband Clarence Hill; her children, Sandra Link (James), Duane Hill (Connie), Jeff Hill (Kristina Linder), Christine Mabrito (Jerry), Arlene Wall (Christopher), Andrea McGarry (Mark) and Rebecca Wagemaker (Andy); and her siblings-in-law, Lois Latus, Marilyn Latus, Marilyn Willenbrink, Donna Lockhart, Beverly Hill, Bette Latus and Herbert Russell Hill. She is also survived by 21 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, August 27th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM and on Friday, August 28th 2026 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM. A rosary was held on Thursday, August 27th 2026 from 7:30 PM to 8:00 PM at the Palmer Bush & Jensen Family Funeral Homes- Holt Chapel (5035 W Holt Rd, Holt, MI 48842). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, August 28th 2026 from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the St. Gerard Catholic Church (4437 W Willow Hwy, Lansing, MI 48917). A graveside service was held on Friday, August 28th 2026 from 2:30 PM to 3:30 PM at the Dimondale Cemetery (5520 N Canal Rd, Dimondale, MI 48821). A Mass was held on Friday, August 28th 2026 at 3:30 PM at the same location.
Memorials may be made to Shared Pregnancy or St. Vincent de Paul Society in memory of Alice.
