He is survived by: his children, Kristi Davies of Columbus, OH, Kevin Vander Kolk (Susan Kelley) of Okemos, MI, Kent Vander Kolk (Gail) of Fairborn, OH and Karla Ter Haar (Bruce) of Lansing, MI.; his grandchildren, Megan Malone (Tom), Melody Rosenblum (Brett) and Miles Vander Kolk (Emilie); and his great grandchildren, Violet, Vivian Malone, Knox Vander Kolk, Levi and Landon Rosenblum.
