She was predeceased by: her parents, William Sullivan and Bertha Sullivan (Maki); her husband Delbert Duzek; and her sisters, Avis Recchy (Don), Audrey Duzek (Jim) and Ardyce Prosser (Earl).
She is survived by: her daughters, Debra Keck (Chuck) and Julie Suchodolski (Tim); and her grandson Dr. Aaron Keck (Brad Bednar). She is also survived by nieces, nephews.
