She was predeceased by: her parents, Pinkney (Lilly Davis) and Southern; and her husband Casimer Szocinski. She is survived by: her children, Casmera Vannocker (Clinton), Frances Goff (Kevin), Robert Szocinski, Teresa Truax and Katie Bower (David); and her grandchildren, Bradley Goff (Jennifer), Archer Goff, Jennifer Sauerwine Reynolds (Tom), Bryce Reynolds, Casimer Reynolds, Samantha Truax, Gavin Truax, Aaron Truax, Nicole Studley (Chad), Skylar Studley, Remington Studley, Kelcie Morgan (Andrew), Brooks Morgan and Trent Bower.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Immaculate Heart of Mary Parish, as reflection of Billie's lifelong faith and generous spirit.
