The family announces the passing of Bonnie C. Brya (Lansing, Michigan) on September 14, 2026. Bonnie, born on December 12, 1944 in Fowlerville, Michigan, was part of many shared moments and relationships throughout life. She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Purchase and Florence Purchase; and her siblings, Basil, Bethel, Benson and Beverly.
She is survived by: her husband Gary; her children, Dennis (Michele), Gregory (Angela), Jennifer Reyburn (Michael) and Michael (Kelly); her grandchildren, Lily, Hayden, Lauren (Thomas), Alexa (Nathan), Olivia, Jacob, Jacqueline, Gabriella, Molly, Brody, Kade (Lauren), Jace and Karah; and her great grandchild Cedric.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 from 5:30 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, September 25th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Catholic Community of St. Jude (801 N Bridge St, DeWitt, MI 48820). A rosary will be held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 at 7:30 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
