He is survived by : his mother Joan Kay Rinckey Jr. (Gillespie); his wife Joyce Rinckey (Riley); his siblings, Ted Rinckey (Denise), Bruce Rinckey and Janet Robert (Mark); and his sister-in-law Fran Mohnke. He is also survived by many brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces, and nephews.
