He is survived by: his wife Cindy Swinford; his children, Basilio Swinford-Bobillo, Shannon Smith (Mark) and Angela Holland (Matt); and his siblings, Marie Swinford and Dan Swinford. He is also survived by grandchildren; four beloved great-grandchildren; and many cherished nieces and nephews.
