She was predeceased by: her parents, Margaret Kelley and Burtram Forist; her brother Don Forist; and her former husband James Crosby. She is survived by: her children, Shannon Houdek (Mark), Robin Montoya (Ron), James Crosby and Shelby Sims (Alex); her grandchildren, Amanda Johnson (Kenan), Joseph Houdek (Lindsey), Dakota Montoya, Emma Kidder, James Crosby, Bentley Sims and Olivia Sims; her great grandchildren, Maddox Johnson and Madilyn Johnson; and her siblings, Ron Forist and Cindy Wilkes.
