She was predeceased by: her parents, Sanford Nelson and Elsie Nelson (Jones); and her son Tim Welter. She is survived by: her husband Gene Welter; her son Kirk Welter (Brenda); her grandchildren, Amanda Long (Tyler), James Welter (Alicia), Austin Welter Shayna Brummette and Kelsey Corr; and her great grandchildren, Remy Long and Everly Welter. She is also survived by many extended family members and dear friends.
