He was predeceased by: his parents, John Trierweiler and Olivia Trierweiler (Koster); his siblings, Eva Reineke (Charles), Frances Hoffman (William), Margaret LaRaia (Michael), Mary Louise Trierweiler, Annette Owen (Edwin) and William Trierweiler (Colleen); his granddaughter Mary Elizabeth Franklin; and also Juli Elliott.
He is survived by: his wife Jeanne Trierweiler (Buck); his children, Charles Stephen Trierweiler (Gina) of Chevy Chase, MD, Theresa Carella (Michael) of Lansing, MI and John Trierweiler (Odessa) of Fairport, NY; his grandchildren, Isabella Trierweiler, Anja Trierweiler, Anna Carella, Catherine Franklin, Emily Franklin, Kevin Trierweiler and Stephanie Trierweiler; his brothers, John Trierweiler (late Catherine) and Richard Trierweiler (Barbara); his niece Barbara Trierweiler (Degnan) of Lansing, MI; his great-nephew John Elliott (Shelly) of St. Ignace, MI; his great-niece Joni Williams (Gary) of Greer, SC; and also, Darrick Wilkos, Elizabeth Elliott Piippo (Jesse), Alicia Elliott, Joshua LaFave (Andrea), Ashli La Madrid (Alan), Ryan Wallace, Leah Williams Burke (Andrew) and Ben Williams. He is also survived by many great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
