He is survived by: his parents, Clifford Frey, Jr. and Laura Halbakken (Frey); his wife Jen Frey (Mangan); his children, Joseph Frey and Allison "Alli" Frey of Savage, Minnesota.; his stepfather Marvin Halbakken, Jr.; his sister Tosha Brisbo (Frey) of East Lansing, Michigan.; his mother-in-law Irene Mangan; and his brother-in-law Sean Mangan of Prior Lake, Minnesota..
A memorial gathering will be held on Tuesday, May 26th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM, on Wednesday, May 27th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM and on Friday, June 12th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A celebration of life will be held on Friday, June 12th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Bethlehem Lutheran Church (549 E Mt Hope Ave, Lansing, MI 48910).
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred and will be donated by the family to the Autism Society of America.
