He was predeceased by: his parents, John Perry and Leora Grace Perry; and his brother David Perry. He is survived by: his daughters, Melissa Betz (Ryan) and Angela Stobnicke; his grandchildren, Hunter, Keegan, Ethan, Adalyn, Chloe, Nashoba and Aliviya; his siblings, Duane Perry (Holly), Loren Perry (Mignon), Leora O'Conner (Jim), Joyce Perry, Margie Brown (Ken) and Steven Perry (Carrie); and his close friend Linda Collins.
