He is survived by: his wife JoAnn; his former wife Cheryl; his children, Denise Wyzywany (Frank), Michael Smith, Julie Baldwin (Bill), LeAnn D'water and Amanda Wing (Wayne); his grandchildren, Chelsea, Alicia, Anna Kay, Kaleb, Kyle and Vanessa; his brother-in-law Burnie; and his nephews, Burnie Jr., Greg and Anthony.
