It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of David C. Bittel (Lansing, Michigan), who passed away on January 26, 2026, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parent Claude Edmond Bittel (Lydia Wagner); his brother John Titus Bittel; and his mother-in-law Margaret Brown. He is survived by: his wife Saundra Bittel (Brown); his children, Caron White (Richard), Jolyn Blair (John) and Todd David Bittel; his grandchildren, Ian, Brandon, Trevor Markiw, Liesl Smith (Nathaniel), Caitlin (Adam), JD and Jacob Blair; his sister-in-law Sharon Mulligan; and his close friend Maynard Bruch. He is also survived by fourteen great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; many nieces and nephews.
