He was predeceased by: his parents, Julia Catherman and Russell Hollister. He is survived by: his wife Christine; his sister Phyllis Quimby (PJ); his sons, Jerry (Kathy), Todd (Valorie) and Bob (Elise); and his grandchildren, McCall, Jonathan, Max, Kate, James, Judy and Erik.
