He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline Lovely (Brown); his children, Chelsea Jean, Riley, Izabella, Alice and David Ervin Lovely III; his mother Patsy; his sisters, Juanita Kalso (Russ), Cheri Coon (Doug) and Treesa Lovely (Bill); and his grandson Brayden.
